EMC Documentum Interactive Delivery Services automatically exports content and metadata from EMC Documentum Content Server to a cached repository. Interactive Delivery Services manages the Web cache environment and includes a bi-directional web service that enables website content to be captured back to the Documentum Content Server, where it can be routed for approval and quickly republished.

Interactive Delivery Services provides a native XML database integration with EMC Documentum xDB, which other web applications can query to generate dynamic and highly personalized content to multiple channels.
